Couples Therapy

In couples therapy, I draw on my systemic background to help partners better understand their communication and interaction styles. Rather than focusing on blame, the process is about stepping into each other’s reality and being able to incorporate your partner’s perspective.

Through mutual understanding and respect for each other’s needs, couples can co-operatively build healthier patterns of communication and ensure both individuals’ needs are being met. This is the path towards greater connection, empathy for each other and sustainable change.
